Strategy & Positioning

We determine who you need to reach, what they need to understand and what should happen next.

Before anyone writes a headline or books a camera, somebody has to decide what this company is for, who is supposed to care, and what a good outcome actually looks like. That decision is the highest-leverage work we do — and the one most organizations skip.

How it runs

Interrogate the business — Leadership, sales, product, service, and — where it matters — the people who said no. We are looking for the gap between what the company believes it sells and what the market believes it buys.

Map the room — Every audience that can accelerate or block the outcome: buyers, influencers, regulators, media, employees, investors, communities. Most stalled communications programs are aimed at only one of them.

Choose a position — A position is a decision, which means it excludes things. We put the trade-offs in writing so the organization can argue about them once instead of forever.

Build the message architecture — One narrative, expressed differently for a CFO, a city councillor, a plant manager and a journalist — without any of the four versions contradicting the others.

Sequence the campaign — What has to be true in month one for month six to work. Reputation, content, demand and sales enablement laid out on a single calendar with owners attached.

What are you trying to move?

A reputation, a pipeline, a market position, a launch. Pick a way in.
